Terms and Conditions

Water Softeners, Water Filtration Equipment, Boiling Water Taps and all other sales.

      1. These terms and conditions apply to all sales and services provided by us and to all agreements we enter into, unless any term/terms within are specifically excluded by a separate written agreement between us and the other party, and endorsed in writing by each. Likewise, no deviation from the terms agreed shall be enforceable unless endorsed in writing by all parties.
      2. Payment for any equipment we supply and install is due on completion of the installation unless authorised specifically by us in writing, with the exception of Quooker goods where a 70% deposit is required upon order, with the balance of 30% due on completion of the installation. In the case of Supply Only payment is due before order and despatch.
      3. Any or all prices online or otherwise, may change without prior notice. Availability of stock may fluctuate without notice.
      4. HARVEY MINI CURVE salt may only be purchased for use by the end user. Re-selling or supply of the product to third parties is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse supply of the product to any person suspected of re-selling. 
      5. The manufacturer of tablet salt products supplied by us may from time to time vary although the product will remain of the highest quality. If Culligan brand is not available at our supplier it may be substituted for an alternative quality brand.
      6. Delivery times of all/any goods supplied are an estimate and subject to stock levels and supply availability as well as limitations of distribution, of which factors may fall outside our control. No liability will be accepted whatsoever by WLWS for delays or failure in the arrival or supply of goods or services. Our liability will be limited solely to the value of the goods or services purchased.
      7. No liability will be accepted for the quality of the drinking water supply except for that of drinking water lines, taps, filters, and systems installed by us, for a limited period only.
      8. No liability will be accepted by WLWS for installation services performed by third parties. All contractual arrangements between third party installers and customers are limited to agreement and contract between the two parties.
      9. WLWS will not be held liable for the quality and variation of the constituency of the water supply to customers' properties. Please ask us for advice on this aspect prior to purchase if you are unsure.
      10. Title and ownership of all goods and materials, fittings and equipment of any nature supplied, remains with WLWS until payment has been made, and received by us in full.

      12. Warranty - Water Softeners Online Sales
        TwinTec water softeners sold by us online and correctly installed are covered by a 2 years labour & 10 years parts warranty provided by the manufacturer's service teams. However, the manufacturer's warranty shall only apply where the water softener has been correctly and competently installed and commissioned in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Where the manufacturer servicing engineer determines that a fault has arisen due to incorrect application, preparation, installation or commissioning of the product, then the normal hourly service fee and parts cost shall apply for which the purchaser will be liable to pay on completion of the work directly to the manufacturer's service department.
      13. The manufacturer runs service teams across the U.K. but some remote areas are not covered. Any water softener installed outside of the manufacturers normal service area is covered by our 2 year labour "return to base" warranty. In the event of a fault with the softener the item must be boxed up and returned to us. We will then have the item repaired by the manufacturer and return it to you. If the fault is deemed to be caused by a manufacturing issue we will reimburse the cost of the postage to the customer. IN ANY EVENT THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT US TO RECEIVE AUTHORISATION BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM.
      14. Warranty – Water Softeners Installed By Us.
        TwinTec and Infinity water softeners installed by us are covered by a 2 years labour & 10 years parts warranty provided by the manufacturer's service teams. This applies to any postcode area.
      15. In the event of a manufacturing fault, the manufacturer's service team will attend the property and affect a repair or replacement within the first 2 years. 
      16. The manufacturer's assessment is final. Where the manufacturer's service team determine that a fault has arisen from the incorrect handling, application, preparation, installation or commissioning, or other reason such as misuse of the product, no further liability shall be accepted whatsoever by WLWS relating to the warranty of the product.
      17. Manufacturers Area of Service:
        TwinTec water softeners purchased from us online and correctly installed are covered by the manufacturer 2 years of labour and 10 years parts, home attend warranty. This warranty is direct with the manufacturer and applies only in postcode areas across the U.K. in which the manufacturer operates service teams. Some remote areas are not covered.
